Macy was super helpful in getting my issue resolved, a total engine replacement that was completely covered under KIA warranty and they even covered a rental while doing the work.
BEWARE: This dealership sold us a Toyota Sienna with $12,000 of undisclosed hail damage and were only willing to communicate with us when we got the Attorney General's office involved. They also never got us the appropriate paperwork to title the vehicle in our name, so now they're selling the vehicle again (for MORE than we paid!), claiming it's a one owner vehicle (because CarFax doesn't know we owned it), and they're still not disclosing the hail damage. Take your money elsewhere.
Like my treatment here since day one of my purchase. Bought a telluride, and experience has been as good or better than any I've had before. The people are excellent, the service is excellent, and the communication is excellent.

I had purchased this 2014 from Shottenkirks used. Had it serviced many times. Today the battery was acting up. A little after 12pm on Saturday and staff got me right in to replace it and had the invoice ready to be paid in under 30 minutes. I now live in Illinois and was worried that the truck wouldn't start if shut off and where would I find anyone to install a new battery. My thanks to all who helped with the process!

Your service man stopped what he was came out to the parkong lot to see if he could reset the system. He was able to get it all working. Made the trip much better.

These guys love their non sense dealer add ons. New F150's are very expensive, tried to get a deal worked out, they would not budge on the price, which was fine as it was priced below MSRP, so I offered the asking price and all I asked was for them to take off the $900 dealer add on and I would buy it. My family was on vacation from Wichita KS and was stranded 8 hour from home. We know nobody here. My car is an old 2011 Town and Country. They were able to obtain a replacement transmission and get it installed in just two days!!! I was so amazed.
